I've been using CBITS for many years now, both for company and personal use. In both instances Gerry has been worth his weight in gold. I can highly recommend his remote support facility which has never failed to provide a solution (often within a few hours of the fault occurring) which in many instances completely solved the problem without an 'in-house' visit being necessary.

I also like the fact that Gerry can deal with any problem - all the way from the mouse to the server and covers both software and hardware. Without his skills and advice I would have failed to keep within the Service Level Agreement which I'm held to by many of my clients - and the consequence of that would have been a major and permanent hit on my cashflow.

If you are running a business I would recommend one of his 'retainer offers', whereby for a modest monthly fee you are guaranteed a fast response and also preventative maintenance including a virus and malware protection product which actually works - and this particular facility has been a lifesaver for the company.

Gerry is an exceptional IT specialist, he definitely delivered not once but three times when I had problems with my laptop and CCTV, if he can't repair an item he will be honest and upfront and let you know. No work is carried out until Gerry has given you a rundown of work needed and a price is agreed. I wouldn't use any other IT specialist and would recommend Gerry 100%.
